Tomo Café, Juli 2022, Düsseldorf
Tomo Café, Klosterstr. 67, Düsseldorf
I'm going to change to English language starting with the short reviews now and hope I get used to it very quickly :)
When we visited my husband's sister in Dusseldorf in July, we stayed in Nikko hotel in "little tokyo". Around the corner we found this cute little Café called Tomo Café. In Japanese "tomo" means friend. The staff was really kind and we could sit outside at the table on the left (must have been the most comfortable seats) :D It's a self service Café, so you have to go to the counter and pick up your stuff.
They have a large variety of coffee specialties and other Drinks. They are also known for their food and cakes. I'd like to try many more cakes and drinks when i visit them again. But this time it was only for breakfast and my choice was iced coffee and a muffin with cappucino flavour. The coffee was good and the muffin delicious!
We were lucky that we visited tomo café early in the morning. It became much busier when we ended our breakfast. Nearly every seat outside was taken when we left. I would recommend to come here and try everything! The staff was very friendly. I felt a bit like in Japan because of that, although the staff wasn't Japanese :)
